No matter how large and extensive your order is, there are no costs for packaging and shipping to Austria, Germany and Switzerland (any customs duties are to be borne by the customer). Deliveries within Austria are made exclusively with the Austrian Post.

Shipping to Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy and Liechtenstein costs a flat rate of €18.
Shipping to other countries within the European Union (EU) costs a flat rate of € 20.00.
In the rest of Europe, shipping costs € 25.--
Shipping to Canada, the USA and Australia costs a flat rate of €31.50.


We regret that as a small business we are not able to offer free returns. The direct costs of a return are to be borne by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us freight collect, we will invoice these costs.


Delivery times

The delivery time within Austria is 5 to 10 working days.
The delivery time to Germany, Lichtenstein and Switzerland is 8 to 13 working days.
The delivery time to other EU countries is 10 to 15 working days.
The delivery time to Canada, USA and Australia is 15 to 25 days.

Delivery area

Our items are delivered within Europe as well as to Canada, the USA and Australia.
If you would like to purchase our products in other countries, please contact us directly by e-mail (our contact details can be found in the imprint). We do not deliver to packing stations.

Return Deadlines

How long you can return an item depends on the reason for the return. If you want to return an item because you don't like it or because it's the wrong size, you have 14 days to do so. However, if the item is defective or damaged, you can complain about it within two years.

Please note that you must return each item in the condition in which you received it. Items must therefore be unused and undamaged and complete when returned.


With woody, you have bought a high-quality product that has been subjected to several quality tests and outgoing goods inspections at every stage of production.

If, contrary to expectations, our product shows a defect at the time of delivery, you have a 2-year warranty. Excluded from warranty claims are damage caused by external influences. However, there is an obligation to prove that the product was purchased directly from the woody manufactory or online during this period (invoice). Otherwise the warranty claim cannot be asserted.
