The delivery time for our woody shoes is 2-4 business days.
In DE and CH, there may be slight delays due to the shipping service provider.
The delivery time to Canada, the USA, and Australia is 15 to 25 days.

Return
We regret that as a small company we cannot offer free return shipping. The immediate costs of a return shipment must be borne by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us freight collect, we will charge these costs.
Delivery area
The delivery of our items takes place within Europe as well as to Canada, the USA, and Australia.
If you would like to purchase our products in other countries as well, please contact us directly by email (our contact details can be found in the imprint). We do not deliver to parcel stations.
Return periods/right of withdrawal
How long you can return an item depends on the reason for the return. If you want to return an item due to dislike or the wrong size, you have 14 days to do so. However, if the item is defective or damaged, you can claim it within two years.
Please note that you must return each item in the condition in which you received it. Items must therefore be unused, undamaged, and complete upon return. You can use this sample withdrawal form for the return.
Complaint
With woody, you have purchased a high-quality product that has undergone several quality tests and outgoing goods inspections at every stage of production.
If, contrary to expectations, our product has a defect at the time of handover, you have a 2-year warranty claim. Damage caused by external influence is excluded from the warranty claim. However, the obligation to prove that the product was purchased directly from the woody manufactory or online within this period (invoice) lies with you. Otherwise, the warranty claim cannot be asserted.
