1. Scope

The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with woody GmbH.

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can use our First place products in the shopping cart without obligation and change your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after you ordered.

The moment the contract is concluded with us depends on the payment method you have chosen:

The open invoice amount resulting from your purchase must be transferred to Klarna within 14 days after receipt of the goods.     3. Contract language, contract text storage

    The language available for concluding the contract is German or English.

    We save the contract text and send you the order data by email. You can see the contract text in our customer login.

    4. Delivery conditions

    In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of the shipping costs from the offers.

    We only deliver by shipping. It is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

    We do not deliver to packing stations.

    5. Payment

    The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

    Credit card:
    When you submit the order, you also send us your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after placing your order. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company, and your card is debited.

    PayPal:

After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.

    Sofortüberweisung:
    After placing the order, you will be forwarded to the website of the online payment provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN / TAN procedure that has been activated to participate in Sofort, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be debited.

    Payment on account:
    After placing the order, you will be forwarded to the website of the online payment provider Klarna. Klarna invoice allows you to try on, view and touch the ordered products and ultimately only pay for what they keep. The invoice amount must be transferred to Karna within 14 days after receipt of the goods. You will receive all further details by email from the online payment provider Klarna.

    6. Retention of title

    The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

    7. Transport damage

    If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

    8. Warranties and guarantees

    9. Liability

    For claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation

    • in the case of a promise to guarantee, insofar as agreed, or
    • insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act is open.
    • In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner can regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents limited to the foreseeable damage upon conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. In addition, claims for damages are excluded.
