Delivery times

The delivery time for our woody shoes is 2-4 working days.

In DE and CH there may be slight delays caused by the shipping service provider.
Delivery time to Canada, USA and Australia is 15 to 25 days.


FREE shipping in Austria, Germany and Switzerland!
No matter how large and extensive your order is, there are no costs for packaging and shipping to Austria, Germany and Switzerland (if applicable Customs duties are to be borne by the customer). Delivery within Austria takes place exclusively with the Austrian Post.

Shipping to Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy and Liechtenstein costs a flat rate of €18.
Shipping to other countries within the European Union (EU) costs a flat rate of €20.
In the rest of Europe shipping costs €25.--
Shipping to Canada, the USA and Australia costs a flat rate of €31.50.



We regret that as a small company we cannot offer returns free of charge. The direct costs of a return must be borne by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us freight forwarded, we will invoice these costs.


Delivery area

Our items are delivered within Europe as well as to Canada, the USA and Australia.
If you would like to purchase our products in other countries, please contact us directly by email (you can find our contact details in the imprint ). We do not deliver to packing stations.


Return periods/right of withdrawal

How long you can return an item depends on the reason for the return. If you want to return an item because you don't like it or it's the wrong size, you have 14 days to do so. However, if the item is defective or damaged, you can complain about it within two years.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition as you received it. Items must therefore be unused, undamaged and complete when returned. You can use this sample cancellation form for the return.



With woody you have purchased a high-quality product that has been subjected to several quality tests and outgoing goods inspections at every stage of production.

If, contrary to expectations, our product has a defect at the time of handover, you have a 2-year warranty claim. Damage caused by external influences is excluded from the warranty claim. However, you are obliged to provide proof that the product was purchased directly from the woody factory or online during this period (invoice). Otherwise the warranty claim cannot be asserted.
