Payment Methods

You can currently choose to pay by credit card, PayPal, SOFORT-Überweisung, payment on account and installment purchase by Klarna or Apple Pay.

Shipping

No matter how big and extensive your order is, there are no costs for packaging and shipping to Austria, Germany and Switzerland (any customs duties that may be incurred are to be borne by the customer). The delivery within Austria takes place exclusively with the Austrian post.

Shipping to Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy and Liechtenstein costs a flat rate of € 18.
Shipping to other countries within the European Union (EU) costs a flat rate of € 20.
In the rest of Europe, shipping costs € 25 .--
Shipping to Canada, the USA and Australia costs a flat rate of € 31.50.

Return

We regret that we, as a small company, cannot offer return shipping for free. The direct costs of a return are to be borne by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us carriage forward, we will invoice these costs.


Delivery times

The delivery time within Austria is 5 to 10 working days.
The delivery time to Germany, Lichtenstein and Switzerland is 8 to 13 working days.
The delivery time to other EU countries is 10 to 15 working days.
The delivery time to Canada, the USA and Australia is 15 to 25 days.

Delivery area

The delivery of our articles takes place within Europe as well as to Canada, the USA and Australia.
If you would like to purchase our products in other countries, please contact us directly by email (you can find our contact details in the imprint). We do not deliver to packing stations.

Return deadlines

How long you can return an item depends on the reason for the return. If you want to return an item because you do not like it or because it is the wrong size, you have 14 days to do so. However, if the item is defective or damaged, you can complain about it within two years.

Please note that you must return each item in the condition in which you received it. Articles must therefore be unused, undamaged and complete when they are returned.

With woody you have bought a high-quality product which has been subjected to several quality tests and outgoing goods inspections at every stage of production.

If, contrary to expectations, our product shows a defect at the time of delivery, you have a 2-year guarantee. Damage caused by external influences is excluded from the guarantee. However, there is an obligation to prove that the product was purchased directly from the woody factory or online during this period (invoice). Otherwise the warranty claim cannot be asserted.
