Important information about payment, shipping and returns

Payment methods

You can currently pay by Credit Card, PayPal, SOFORT, Klarna (Pay Now, Pay Later or Slice It) or Apple Pay.


shipping costs

There are no costs for packaging and shipping to Austria and Germany. Delivery within Austria is made exclusively by Austrian Post.

Shipping to Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Switzerland and Liechtenstein costs a flat rate of € 18, - Shipping to other countries within the European Union (EU) costs a flat rate of € 20, -  
Shipping to the rest of Europe.
Shipping to Canada, the USA and Australia costs a flat rate of € 31.50.-

 

Return 

We regret that as a small company we cannot offer return shipping for free. The direct costs of a return are to be borne by the customer. If a order is returned with unpaid postage, we charge these costs. 


 

Delivery times

The delivery time within Austria is 5 to 10 working days. 
The delivery time to Germany, Lichtenstein and Switzerland is 8 to 13 working days. 
The delivery time to other EU countries is 10 to 15 working days. 
The delivery time to Canada, the USA and Austalia is 15 to 20 days. 

 

Delivery area 

Our articles are delivered within the EU (incl. Switzerland and Liechtenstein) as well as to Canada and the USA. 
If you would like to purchase our products in other countries, please contact us directly via e- Mail (our contact details can be found in the imprint). We do not deliver to packing stations. 

 

Return periods

How long you can return an item depends on the reason for the return. If you want to return an item because it is not to your liking or the wrong size, you have 14 days to do so. However, if the item is defective or damaged, you can file a complaint within two years. 

Please note that you must return each item in the condition in which you received it. Items must therefore be unused, undamaged and complete when they are returned. 

 

Complaint

With woody you have bought a high-quality product. Product run through several quality tests and inspections.

If, contrary to expectations, our a product is defective at the time of delivery, you have a 2-year warranty claim. Damage caused by external influences is excluded from the warranty claim. However, it is the obligation to provide evidence that the product was purchased directly from the woody manufactory or online during this period (invoice). Otherwise, the warranty claim cannot be asserted.
