In DE and CH there may be slight delays due to the shipping service provider.
The delivery time to Canada, USA and Australia is 15 to 25 days.

FREE shipping in Austria, Germany and Switzerland!
No matter how large and extensive your order is, there are no costs for packaging and shipping to Austria, Germany and Switzerland (any customs duties are to be borne by the customer). Deliveries within Austria are made exclusively with the Austrian Post.
Shipping to Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy and Liechtenstein costs a flat rate of €18.
Shipping to other countries within the European Union (EU) costs a flat rate of € 20.00.
In the rest of Europe, shipping costs € 25.--
Shipping to Canada, the USA and Australia costs a flat rate of €31.50.
Return
We regret that as a small business we are not able to offer free returns. The direct costs of a return are to be borne by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us freight collect, we will invoice these costs.
Delivery area
Our items are delivered within Europe as well as to Canada, the USA and Australia.
If you would like to purchase our products in other countries, please contact us directly by e-mail (our contact details can be found in the imprint). We do not deliver to packing stations.
Return Deadlines
How long you can return an item depends on the reason for the return. If you want to return an item because you don't like it or because it's the wrong size, you have 14 days to do so. However, if the item is defective or damaged, you can complain about it within two years.
Please note that you must return each item in the condition in which you received it. Items must therefore be unused and undamaged and complete when returned.
Complaint
With woody, you have bought a high-quality product that has been subjected to several quality tests and outgoing goods inspections at every stage of production.
If, contrary to expectations, our product shows a defect at the time of delivery, you have a 2-year warranty. Excluded from warranty claims are damage caused by external influences. However, there is an obligation to prove that the product was purchased directly from the woody manufactory or online during this period (invoice). Otherwise the warranty claim cannot be asserted.

In order to protect our environment and to avoid deliveries in several sizes and the resulting returns as far as possible, we ask you to measure your feet in case of doubt and compare them with the size chart!
From heel to toe?
Yes, the easiest way is to place a sheet of paper on the floor - ideally with one end of the paper touching the wall. Now stand on the paper with your heels against the wall and mark the place where your toes end with a pen. Now you measure from the edge of the paper to the marking, add 1cm and compare the measured value with our table, then you have determined the correct size. You will find a step-by-step description here.

CARE & CLEANING
So you can enjoy your WOODY wooden shoes for a long time!
Before you start caring for your shoes, remove dirt and dust from them. Then, depending on the material, treat with either leather care or velor care!
2.) When applying the care, less is more!
3.) If the fur of our woodys should get dirty, simply let it dry and then brush it out carefully!
4.) The wooden sole is easy to clean with soapy water and a sponge! After drying (air drying) apply a thin layer of our wood leather care. This closes the pores of the wood again and the wood retains its natural properties for longer! If not available, you can alternatively use e.g. baby oil to care for the wood.
Important: Never dry your woody with any tools!!! Do not place on heaters of any kind. Do not use a hair dryer or anything similar. Do not place in the blazing sun. Do not expose woody shoes to the sun or similar direct heat
5.) Please wear our shoes regularly, because this is the only way for the rubber to retain its natural flexibility! Store your woodys in a dark and dry place.

The constant walkonomic® footbed ensures particularly comfortable walking, a good fit and a firm hold. The arch of the foot is supported, the foot, toe and calf muscles are strengthened. In a real woody® you have a particularly pleasant foot climate, always warm feet - a pure natural experience with wood and leather.

The flexible sole made of willow wood with a constant footbed, bending zone and rounded heel ensures a particularly high level of comfort when walking. The PU rubber of the sole enables optimal cushioning and a long service life of the wooden shoes, as well as a very low-noise tread. This protects the joints, spine and intervertebral discs.
Toe gymnastics at every turn
A small elevation in the front area of the sole activates your toe grips. This is toe exercises for your toe, foot and calf muscles, and prevents halux valgus.
The leather - like a second skin, soft and supple for your feet
